Money Back Guarantee

To ensure that all customers have sufficient time to assess whether the product and service purchased meet their needs, Dindroid offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. A refund request will be approved under this warranty only under the Accepted Circumstances listed below. If the refund request is not submitted within the money-back guarantee period specified for the product, no refund will be issued.

The money back guarantee is provided by only. This money-back guarantee does not apply to orders placed with Dindroid resellers or partners or any other unauthorized channels.


Circumstances No Refund

For products that offer a 60-day money-back guarantee, Dindroid generally does not refund or exchange products in the following situations:

1. Failure to read the product description prior to purchase, resulting in dissatisfaction with the product's operation and/or results. It is highly recommended that each customer read the product description and try the free version or the trial version before making their final purchase decision.

2. A refund request claiming failure to receive the license code for the ordered products within two hours. Typically, after an order is successfully placed, Dindroid's sales system will automatically send you an email with the license code and download link for the product within 1 hour. However, sometimes the arrival of this registration email may be delayed due to delays caused.​​ by Internet or system failures, email spam settings, email typo, etc. In that case, customers should visit the Support page  to retrieve it, you must send your code immediately. 3. Dindroid Product price differences between different regions or price differences between Dindroid and its resellers or other companies.

4. A customer suddenly changes his mind after a purchase.

5. A refund request for the Dindroid Backup CD. The Dindroid Backup CD is non-refundable and is not included in any refund policy. Remove it from your shopping cart if you don't need this physical Dindroid Backup CD. However, we can exchange your Dindroid Backup CD for another Dindroid product you are interested in (only when the price difference is less than $10) if the Dindroid Backup CD was purchased without knowing that it can be removed from the shopping cart. purchases.

6. A refund request per order exceeds 60 days. However, if you request a refund claiming to have encountered a technical issue after a software update, we may exchange your program for another Dindroid product of interest to you.


Circumstances Accepted

Dindroid offers refunds in the following circumstances in accordance with the guidelines of their Money Back Guarantee.

1. Purchase Secure Download Service (DIS) outside the purchase of the product, without knowing that it can be withdrawn. In this case, we will refund the cost or exchange your DIS for another Dindroid product of interest to you (only when the price difference is less than R$10).

2. Buying a 'wrong product'. In this case, Dindroid will refund the wrong product price to you if you don't need it. We will also help you purchase the correct product on our website. We can also exchange the 'wrong product' for another Dindroid product of your choice if the price difference is less than R$10.

3. Buy the same product twice or buy two products with similar functions. In this case, Dindroid will return one of the products to you, or exchange a program for another Dindroid product of interest to you if the price difference is less than R$ 10.

4. The customer does not receive their registration code within 24 hours of purchase, has not been able to retrieve the registration code from Dindroid Support Center and has not received a timely response (within 48 hours) from the Dindroid Support Team after making the contact. In this case, Dindroid will refund the customer's order if he does not need the product in the future.

5. A refund request for an auto-renew order that the customer is unaware of or does not remember about this auto-renew option and does not receive the auto-renew reminder in their email inbox before the auto-renew occurs if they do. have no need for the product in the future.

6. A refund request due to technical issues with the purchased product. We can arrange to exchange the product for another product or provide a full refund. However, we hope that the customer can cooperate with the Dindroid support team to resolve the issue by providing detailed descriptions and information about the issue and also applying the solutions provided by the Dindroid support team. Once the issue is resolved, we will reactivate the purchased product even after the refund.

7. The purchased program has technical terminal issues and no solution has been provided within 30 days. In this case, Dindroid will refund the purchase price if the customer doesn't want to wait for a future upgrade.


Once the refund is issued, the corresponding license will be deactivated .
